Grading

There are currently no gradings scheduled.

A minimum of 30 hours training since your last grading is required.

JOIN NOW

All karate classes are suitable for beginners to black belts.
First two lessons are free for children (6-15 years), turn up and join in.

We recommend that children are at least 6 years old to begin classes. 

Monday and Wednesday
Children's class:
6:15 - 7:15pm
Adult's class:
7:15 - 8:30pm

Tuesday and Thursday
Beginner and Yellow belt class:
6:15 - 7:15pm

Saturday
Children and Adult's class: 
10:30 - 11:30am
