We were privalidged to have 8th Dan Sensei Jamsheed from Iran/USA visit our dojo.

Many thanks for your advice and wisdom.

All karate classes are suitable for beginners to black belts.
First two lessons are free for children (6-15 years), turn up and join in.

We recommend that children are at least 6 years old to begin classes.

Monday and Wednesday
Children's class:
6:15 - 7:15pm
Adult's class:
7:15 - 8:30pm

Tuesday and Thursday
Beginner and Yellow belt class:
6:15 - 7:15pm

Saturday
Children and Adult's class:
10:30 - 11:30am
